The COAST FLX25R headlamp is a powerful work headlamp with voice control designed as a practical tool for everyday work – not just an extra feature.

It can be used hands-free when your hands are busy, dirty, or gloved, but it also works fully manually. This makes the FLX25R ideal for installation, maintenance, and technical work where workflow and safe handling are critical.

The main light delivers up to 1500 lumens and is built with a Dual Fixed Beam system, combining flood and spot lighting without moving parts.

The spot beam reaches up to 230 meters, while the flood beam provides a wide, even illumination for nearby areas. This combination gives stable lighting for both precision tasks and distance observation. The tiltable lamp head allows precise targeting of the work area.

In addition to the main light, the FLX25R features a Side COB ARC Light with two brightness levels, producing wide peripheral illumination. This is especially useful for installations, inspections, and technical workspaces where an overview of the environment is needed – not just forward-focused light.

Multiple light modes are available, including Turbo Mode and red and green lighting. Turbo Mode provides full visibility quickly during inspections or while moving between work areas.

Red light is suitable for close work without glare, while green light is ideal for navigation and inspections in dark workspaces, such as reading installation panels.

All key functions can be controlled by voice, allowing you to turn the light on/off and switch modes without letting go of tools or changing your working position. This streamlines workflow, particularly when manual operation is impractical.

The FLX25R uses COAST’s Rechargeable Plus system, providing flexible power for daily use. The non-slip, adjustable headband and tiltable lamp head ensure a secure fit and precise light direction during work. The lamp is IP54-rated and tested to ANSI FL1 standards.
